We first met Tom Stuck several years ago, on our first visit to
Lana'i. We took a real estate tour "on a lark" and although we were not ready to purchase real estate in Hawaii at that time, we were very impressed with Tom's knowledge and his commitment to the Island of Lana'i and its people.
Three or four years after that initial meeting, we began to consider making a purchase. We looked on Maui and the Big Island and then thought about
Lana'i. We recontacted Tom and he very quickly brought us up to speed. Upon looking at the Lana'i properties again, we decided that's where we wanted our home in Hawaii to be.
Through-out our dealings with Tom we found him to be gentlemanly, honest, open, and sincere. He has become not only a trusted real estate advisor, but also a friend. We are happy to recommend him to others interested in buying or selling real estate in Hawaii.

We found Tom to be unique among real estate pros. First, he applied no pressure whatever to us at any tiime. Rather he kept informing us of the advantages of living on Lana'i. He showed us around the island, introduced us to his family, and had a few of the exisitng owners invite us to parties at their homes. We sold ourselves on Lana'i as much as Tom did. We purchased a house the same day Tom started showing us property. And we have thanked Tom every everytime we have been on the island over the last two years. Tom continues to be a great friend, and we have recommended Tom to many of our friends who have visited Lana'i.

It all started on New Year's Eve 1997. We spent it at The Koele Lodge. There was only one room left. Our love for Lanai started on that night. We went back again in January 1998 and met Tom Stuck. He showed us some properties and we immediately felt very comfortable with him. We went home and couldn't stop talking about Lanai. It was almost like this giant pull on us to go back. We went back in February and March. We decided on a single family home that was calling our names. We put an offer in and closed in June 1998. Tom was with us through the whole period of excitement and pressures. We always appreciated his honesty and great sense of humor. Over the years our friendship with him and his wonderful family has been a joy. We have bought a lot in Manele and plan to build this year. We have listed our lovely Koele Home with Tom and are looking forward to many years ahead of doing business together and also remaining close friends.
